Had a second opinion through City Wide, as the first company told me my furnace had went out and was no good. turned out I only needed a ignitor for $422 Allen did an amazing Job at explaining everything and fixed the issue the same day! I will use this company in going forward for my heating and cooling needs! Thank you so much!

I called for a routine service call for my A/C and had service the same day. Al was courteous, efficient, and helpful. So glad I had them install my furnace and air conditioner.

We could not be happier with our new air conditioner and the service provided by Citywide Heating and Cooling. I called Citywide on a Wednesday inquiring about a new air conditioner and the time frame that we would need to expect for full installation. Alan Hartline had it completed on Thursday...the next day!! The air conditioner that was installed is cooling the house fabulous! Our previous air conditioners have never cooled the second floor of our house, but the Carrier installed by Citywide is cooling both floors wonderfully! Thanks Citywide and thanks Alan for the wonderful service, product and price! I will continue to rave about you to all of my friends and family.

Great company gave me great price for new furnace and ac system didn't try too over two guys who installed my furnace and ac system did a good job with installation they were also friendly there's a lot of different companies out there IAM glad I chose city wide heating and cooling

This Company goes above and beyond. They were more than helpful. The lady answering the phone was very polite and friendly and the technician Alan was extremely easy to talk to and work with. Definitely would recommend this company.

CityWide is the best company I have had the opportunity to work with in a very long time. Unfortunately, my AC went out during a very hot June. Shelly was able to squeeze me in the same day for a service tech appt and it turned out to be my 30-yr old furnace. A new furnace was installed yesterday by 3 guys that were very professional and didn't mind answering my questions along the way. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure everything was perfect before they left. I would recommend CityWide to everyone without reservation.

We needed our air conditioning recharged. They were able to come out the next day. The young man was pleasant. He looked everything over and recharged the central air. All for a very reasonable price. Thank you City Wide. I would recommend you to anyone!!

I called for service and the sent Mike. He did a awesome job cleaning my furnace and servicing my unit. 2 days later they came back out at NO. CHARGE and found another problem. Simple fix. My husband has stage 4 cancer and can't be without heat or air. Bless this company....They are the best

I was referred to this company though my home warranty company and I can't express enough how amazing the service I received was! Michael was the technician who came out, he was very friendly and professional and didn't make me feel uncomfortable in my home considering I was the only one home for his visit today. Our problem was solved in less than one hour and the payment process was relatively simple. I definitely would love to use this company's services again

Our heat hasnt worked properly for over a week, so its been painfully cold in the house. Weve had to open the oven door to keep the house semi warm. Alan came and fixed the problem, which we are grateful for. Thank you so much! He was very sweet, efficient, and professional.

Over the past years Citywide has serviced both my AC and furnace, installed a garage door, and installed a ceiling mount furnace in my garage. Quality equipment and workmanship. I have no issues at all and their prices are reasonable. I will continue to use them in the future since they have not let me down.

big shout out and thank you to Citywide, finally got my brand new unit to work, put in by a different company the beginning of June and it did not work, after several calls to the other company, after several no-shows, Citywide found the blockage and I now have cental air in my apt...highly recommend Citywide!!

Very friendly staff, came out right away and serviced our AC quickly while we dealt with our insurance company.
