About Southgate, MI - Happy to be your hometown Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor!

Located in the southeast corner of Michigan, Southgate is a Wayne County city with a population of approximately 30,047 residents. The city was established in 1958 and was one of the last remaining portions of Ecorse Township, Michigan, which is now defunct. Southgate is said to have been named after the Southgate Shopping Center, which is located at the corner of Eureka and Trenton roads. The city’s first mayor was Thomas Anderson.

Weather during the months of December, January, and February is characterized by freezing temperatures and snow.
